I've been going through this one book called "All You Knead is Bread" (ah yes, bread puns <3) and the recipe is from there, I'm not entirely sure where it's from originally. It's quite a basic one, too - all you need is milk, flour, and yeast, plus some honey to glaze the tops. The author's other book has a recipe for japanese milk bread which is entirely different (it has sugar and butter, and eggs).
