Good to know I can expect to have this feeling for a while :D
My strategy has been to try and examine whether the thing in question actually applies to me (and is something I need to worry about) or not. Like, the reason a lot of people get married at a certain age is because they want children, and since I'm unburdened by that desire, my timeline might be quite different to someone who knows for sure they need to start a family by age 30 or whatever.
