Ooh, you have lots of story left, you're about 3/4 done, not counting the (excellent) Frozen Wilds DLC which I'm pretty sure I did after two more quests after the "take down the network" one. It really is an interesting and sad story, and I love the way it builds up the backstory through datapoints and the Vantage logs and the occasional hologram in a bunker.
